This attractive and vibrant sparkling Ros? is bursting with zesty fruit flavours of cherry and nectarine. Made from half Garnacha and half Trepat it has lovely body and delicate small bubbles. A great product that will go well with tapas, charcuterie or on its own as an elegant and attractive aperitif.
Taste: Bright strawberry pink, with an abundant mid sized bubble. The nose is wonderfully fruity, allowing most of the primary grape to be retained. There are rich floral and fresh bay leaf aromas from the Garnacha, blending with ripe red fruits, blackberry and strawberry, as well as exotic grenadine, dried figs and dates from the Trepat. The palate is fresh and light, soft and appealing. The red fruits, typical of the Rosado cavas and still wines of the region dominate the palate.
